Fees

Due to increased costs we have have to increase our rates after 2 years. As of the 1st November 2025 we have increased our prices as follows:

  • Normal consultation (with or without wax removal): $65
  • Gold Card Holder (must bring to appointment) $60
  • Return within one week $45
  • Acc (part charge): $40

* must provide war veteran number approved for hearing aids and cleaning from Veteran Affairs.
** must provide accepted ACC number

Please note that if there is no wax to remove you will still be charged the full consultation fee of $65.00.

We do not do children under 12 years of age.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out a new patient form.

Please do not use Waxsol before appointment as can create difficulty for wax removal. Olive Oil is our preference . If you have been asked to oil in the past please do so with olive oil or any cooking oil available, to allow easy removal of ear wax.

Please note we do require full payment at the time of visit by Eftpos or cash, thank you. Sorry no Paywave available

Payment by credit card for microsuction attracts an additional 1.5% fee reflecting the additional bank fees involved.

Non attendance/ cancellations and changes to bookings:

  1. We are aware that circumstances can change. Cancellations made up to 3 hours before your appointment are free. Early cancellation allows availability for emergency appointments or others to book on the day.
  2. No cancellations to your booking are allowed within 3 hours of your appointment unless agreed upon.
  3. Last minute cancellations within 3 hours may incur a $45 fee, and no-shows may be charged the full appointment cost.
  4. Any client who does not attend their appointment with us will have to prepay BEFORE securing another appointment.
  5. Repeated non attendance of booked appointments will result in no further appointments with our service.
